There's a Publix supermarket just up the road on 27, and there's a new Wal-Mart just north of the 27/192 intersection, where all regular supplies can be found. For dedicated shoppers, Orlando Premium Outlets are just 20 minutes or so away. 

As well as the world-famous Disney World, which can take days if not weeks just to explore on its own, Orlando has many other attractions. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just 20 minutes or so away. There are several water-parks in Orlando such as Wet'n'Wild and Water Mania. Further afield, the Kennedy Space Centre and the beaches of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area are just about an hour's drive away. 

The property is situated on the Highlands Reserve golf course which features a golf shop and snack bar. There is a private pool plus a large community pool, plus a community tennis court and children's play area.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
