Alternatively , relax on the elevated poolside balcony while keeping an eye on the kids and sample the delicious American and English cuisine served daily at the on site restuarant or pop next door to the Publix Plaza and treat yourself to either Chinese or Italian takeaway.

Feels like a home away from home.It has 4 spacious bedrooms , 2 Master bedrooms both benefitting from en suite facilities , thus making it ideal as a single family holiday home or 2 families holidaying together.

We have gone the extra mile to provide for your every comfort and need by providing extra televisions in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, family games and DVD's and last but not least , an Xbox in one of the twin rooms complete with our son's favourite games ( which he assures us every one else will love....Harry Potter, The Incredibles, Urban Basketball etc)

All linen and towels is provided for your comfort and the only thing you will need to pop out and get is dishwashing liquid from the Publix Supermarket conviniently located walking distance from our home.

You will need a car to get around but if you're tired of driving FREE shuttles are provided by the resort to the parkson a first come first serve basis A .Regrettable we do not offer an airport service.( taxis approx $ 70)

A dedicated concierge desk is available at the front desk where staff will be more than happy to help you make reservations at shows, book restuarants etc.

For your convinience too tickets to some of the disney parks can be purchased at our front desk to save you wasting precious time queuing at the gates especially in high season .

Most importantly our home is located in phase 1 of the resort just a hop, skip and a jump away from all the excitement of the clubhouse and pool.

The property is located in a new development on Hwy 27 which is just off the 192 and I-4This area is excellent communting location to all the theme parks and access to the I-4 is a 7 mile drive offering excellent commuting to both the east and the west coast.

The immediate local facilities offer excellent dining ( Try Bob Evans for American cuisine, La Crepe offering French or the Perkins family resturant all in the Davenport area that come highly recommended), shopping( Walmart just a few minutes north on the Hwy27 and discounted Malls all within a 10 minute drive.

The drive from the airport is very straightforward ( 3 roads) and takes 35 minutes.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the house include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The resort is near supermarkets and shops which is very handy and we thought it was at a right distance from the parks. The pool is a bit small and the water wasnt very clean. Apart from that, we have had a wonderful time and we will definitely recommend the area and the resort to our friends !! "
