The Area
Our villa is located at Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, With GAMES ROOM and Internet connection. Situated close to both Kissimmee and Orlando, just a few miles from the entrance to DISNEY WORLD, MGM STUDIOS, EPCOT and all the other Disney parks. Situated to the West of Kissimmee, Highlands Reserve gives easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, where you will find Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre about one hour’s drive to the East, with Tampa and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast under 90 minutes to the West.
GLENEAGLES DRIVE is one of only two small cul-de-sacs set right in the middle of the golf course, giving a feeling of space and views which you will not find anywhere else. HIGHLANDS RESERVE is an exclusive community built around the championship golf course and you are only a few hundred yards from the first tee. Additionally there is a TENNIS COURT, CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA AND A COMMUNITY POOL a short walk away. It is most unusual to find a community like Highlands Reserve which is not exclusively for those who live in Florida all the year round.
The villa occupies a large, elevated plot in a very attractive and quiet location, giving SENSATIONAL VIEWS OVER THE FAIRWAYS TO THE CONSERVATION FOREST IN THE DISTANCE. The orientation is such that the sun is on the back of the villa for most of the time and at the end of a busy day you cannot beat watching the Tropical sun go down over the trees. So relax by the pool with a drink in your hand and soak up the atmosphere.
Of course, if you have been playing golf all day, or been round the theme parks, why not treat yourself to a well earned soak in our JACUZZI?
The important thing is that you are not overlooked by another villa (as is so often the case). We paid a great deal of time and attention to selecting the exact location of our villa to give our guests plenty of privacy and uninterrupted views down across the golf course and forest. Hedges either side of our pool, add yet again to your privacy.

The Villa
With over 2,950 SQUARE FEET OF FULLY AIRCONDITIONED LIVING SPACE, PLUS GAMES ROOM, AND INTERNET CONNECTION, the villa is significantly larger and much better appointed than most properties offered for rental in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The villa is arranged on two floors and can ACCOMMODATE UP TO 10 PEOPLE in complete comfort. As the villa has 2 EN-SUITE BEDROOMS IT IS IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES who want to share a villa.
The ground floor consists of Carpeted GAMES ROOM, Pool Table, Foose Ball, Air Hockey, TV, DVD Player and CD Player. TWO RECEPTION ROOMS The formal lounge is next to the formal dining room, with the family lounge having Cable TV with DVD, CD player . The breakfasting kitchen and nook are adjoining the family room, the laundry room, Bath Room and Double Bedroom are off a coridor leading to the GAMES ROOM,
The kitchen is fully fitted with every appliance you could possibly need including a full size electric cooker with a microwave oven over, a dishwasher, a huge fridge/freezer with plumbing to give ice cubes/crushed ice/chilled water, all at the touch of a button. You will also find a toaster and coffee maker for those breakfasts at home, ample dishes, etc for indoor and patio use. The separate laundry room has a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
The patio doors from the family room lead to our truly stunning FULLY SCREENED AND ELECTRICALLY HEATED SALT WATER SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI. This well designed pool is fitted with automatic filtration and cleaning system, underwater lighting, and electrically operated heater to boost the temperature for those months of the year when the sun needs a little help.
Surrounding the pool is an extra large, cool decked lounging area to ensure that everyone
has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The deck has been extended by an extra 6ft both out from the house, towards the pool and also to the south side. If the sun is shining, YOU WILL GET IT ON OUR DECK, from dawn till dusk. Very important in Winter. For additional comfort we have added a lanai, so you can be outdoors but stay out of direct sun. To complete this sumptuous setting you will find a table and chairs under the lanai for eating “alfresco”’, ample loungers for relaxing – a perfect arrangement for outdoor living!
We believe that it is important to have the very best facilities possible to ensure our guests can relax. Make no mistake – Disney Parks and Universal, shopping, etc., are great fun but you need to take a little time out to pamper yourself in the evenings.
INTERNET CONNECTION is situated on the open den area upstairs, with office style desk and fax machine.
On the first floor, you will find the MAGNIFICENT MASTER SUITE WITH KING SIZED BED and its own oversized en-suite bathroom. For your comfort a TV is in the master bedroom, which overlooks the golf course at the rear of the property.
On this floor are THREE FURTHER BEDROOMS all of which are fitted with twin beds. One of these Bedrooms is En-Suite Only two bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with wash basins and a full bath with shower over. All bedrooms have large carpeted wardrobes and ample drawer space. and a TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The villa is bright, airy and open, furnished to a “designer standard” . It has brand new furniture, fittings and equipment with carefully chosen ceramic flooring in bathroom, kitchen, foyer areas and family room and luxury pile carpeting throughout the rest of the house. The villa is extremely spacious in general but the second lounge will afford our guests even more space to relax.
Included in the rental price are TELEVISION SETS WITH multi CHANNEL CABLE free of charge, CD/MUSIC centre and VCR are located in the lounge. We have a selection of CD’s, videos, games & books for your use. A telephone is installed in the kitchen and available to guests without charge for local calls. Long distance calls may be made via your credit card or telephone card. These telephone cards are easily purchased in Florida and offer much better value than using credit cards. The villa is fitted with a safe in the walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
