We have recently bought this house as a holiday home for our family.

This new fully furnished luxury 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is located in Kissimmee's newest resort, Venetian Bay Villages and is just 7 miles to Disney World. A great location for those who want to enjoy all of the Disney area attractions, but also a fully equipped home and resort for those who want to sit back, relax and enjoy Florida's sunshine. This townhouse features a king size master suite with two person jacuzzi tub, a queen size jr. master suite with private bath and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, sharing a third bathroom with separate vanity. There is a King sized Sofa bed in the Living Room which sleeps an additional 2 people allowing up to 10 people to stay in the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook meals and eat at home.

The living room opens onto a patio, an enjoyable place to sit as the sun sets.

Situated 50 yards from the clubhouse, fitness room and large heated pool,playground and picnic area, or a 1 minute walk to the basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and second pool.
Other features of the townhouse include free local phone calls, central air conditioning, televisions, DVD Player and VCR.

The clubhouse offers free internet connection and is a wirless hotspot.

One of the great things is that it is only 2 minutes from a range of excellent restaurants. Tony Roma's, Perkins, Shells Seafood Restaurant Outback Steakhouse are just around the corner. There is a Publix Suprmarket 3 minutes away.

We looked at many properties before deciding on Venetian Bay. Our main requirement was a property that would match our expectations of a perfect holiday.

The property itself is ideal with 4 large bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and it is very spacious.

The large heated swimming pool is wonderful in a fantastic setting.

The pool and clubhouse are only 50 metres from the house.

The resort is well maintained,quiet being away from the main roads, and is a place you want to spend time.

Easy access to the Parks with plenty of shops and restaurants within 1 mile.

The fitness centre, games room , tennis courts and other free amenities are an added bonus.

We feel that this is the ideal place to stay when visiting Disney and the other attractions of Orlando.


 

Around the house there are lots of things to interest children. Such as both of the twin rooms has a TV. The second twin bedroom has a CD player. The downstairs bedroom has a jacuzzi fill it up with bubbles. You could build a bubble snowman or flood the bathroom with bubbles. The layout is perfect for sneaking downstairs without Mum or Dad watching, so you can trick them or pretend there dinners gone! Loads of games and puzzles as well around the house.

As well as inside there are lots of things to do around the community. The first thing you should check out is the pool which is 50 yards from our front door. It's heated and has two water fountain squirting into the pool from both sides. These are great for soaking mum, dad or annoying younger brothers/sisters. Next there's the playground. This is good for younger people who don't like the pool. There's a movie theatre in the main building which shows all the latest releases. Also inside the main building there's a fitness room and a games room. The fitness room contains exercise machines that might interest older ones. The games room contains lots of different kinds of machine and electronic games. Beat dad at air hockey and see him moan! Also check out the tennis and basketball courts.
 

The Living Room has a King sized Sofa Bed which sleeps 2 allowing up to 10 people to stay at the house.

The village house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the village house include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the village house you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, golf, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find scuba diving, historic sites.

Parry says: " Overall the property is too a high standard, the only point I would make is that the kitchen area is small although has pretty much everything you need - but eating out is very cheap so you dont need to use the kitchen if you dont want too! The complex is clean and safe and the staff are friendly, there is internet access in the club house between 9 and 5 for 30 minutes per session. The pool is heated and there is a BBQ nearby you can use. I would definaltely go back!"
