Calla Lily Villa is our Fabulous Orlando Holiday Villa with Lake Front Pool Terrace, Jacuzzi Spa and Lanai situated 15 minutes from Disney in the wonderful, highly sought after Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee.

Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in the most enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on really large plots with big gaps between the neighbouring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering our guests the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to most properties in the Orlando area.

Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.

Our privately owned Florida Villa in Kissimmee has a huge private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa backing onto one of the many lakes.

The lake front private pool and spa are ideal for when you just want to relax and take in the Florida sunshine.

Our Disney Pool Villa is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a Games Room with 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and Darts, Free Broadband Internet with a Computer, Free Gas BBQ Grill, Free Baby Equipment, Free Long Distance and International Calls, Cable TV in all bedrooms and all lounge/living areas.

Our Orlando villa has been beautifully furnished by us personally to a very high standard and includes all the facilities and amenities necessary to ensure your holiday is really special.

Our Disney Vacation Home is very spacious with plenty of room for families to spread out without getting under each others' feet.

There is a King Master En-Suite bedroom on the 1st floor with a large walkin closet, Cable TV, Ceiling fan and clock radio.

The Second bedroom on the ground floor has a Queen bed and an adjoining bathroom, Ceiling fan, Cable TV and
clock radio.

On the First Floor there is another Queen bedroom with Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and two twin bedded rooms which also have Cable TV, ceiling fans and clock radios.

A 2nd living room on the ground floor also has Cable TV and a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.

All bedrooms have Cable TV, Ceiling fans, Clock Radio and the Family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD (there are 8 TV's in total).

The family room and breakfast nook have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake and terrace or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.

There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.

The upstairs loft/den has a computer with Free Hi Speed Internet access, TV, PlayStation2 games console with games, a sofa, cordless phone and lots of reading books.

A separate laundry room contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided including towels for the pool area.

There are 3 cordless phones available with unlimited local, National and International calls and a voice-mail facility.

The brilliant Games Room has an 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and electronic darts plus table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and it also has a remote control under counter Radio/CD player.

Crescent Lakes is situated in a wonderful conservation area with oversized houses being built around the many lakes and yet it is still only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to all the major attractions. There are communal facilities available including basketball court, childrens' play areas and purpose built BBQ areas. There are 24 Hour Security Patrols or your added peace of mind.  

 

There is a large covered lanai giving welcome shade from the Florida sunshine and ideal for breakfast around the pool or for al fresco dining. There are lovely lake views from the pool terrace making it ideal for when you just want to relax after those busy fun filled days. Crescent Lakes enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve and surrounded by wooded conservation areas and many lakes that are ideal for fishing.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Queen Sofabed In the 2nd Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

No specific disabled facilities are available but the ground floor is spacious and open plan with a Bedroom and Adjoining Bathroom. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.
