Hills Bay Villa is an Executive 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa and can sleep a maximum of 8 people. Our villa boasts two En-suite rooms and two twin bedrooms, the villa is fully equipped with everything you could need for you stay, from crockery and pans to beach towels.

Guests can recline in the living area and enjoy the 42" LCD HD cable TV or watch a DVD while the kids find endless hours of entertainment on the Playstation, in the swimming pool or in the games room.

We offer free Wifi and free telephone calls throughout the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. For your convenience we have supplied many baby items such as a booster dining seat, stroller and travel crib.

The pool deck is the perfect place to relax with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake outside. A BBQ is available for your use for those fabulous evenings of dining al-fresco under glorious Florida sunshine.

The games room is equipped with foosball, pool table and dartboard to provide endless hours of fun for your family.

The Famous Florida Theme Parks of Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld are all located within 30 minutes Drivetime (Disney within 10 minutes). Golfing enthusiasts can visit Greg Norman’s magnificent Champions Gate Golfing Resort for a few memorable rounds, and the many Supermarkets, Restaurants and other necessary retail outlets are all conveniently located minutes from the villa.  

Our community also has on site facilities perfect for the whole family including a such as a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, a picnic area and a children’s play area.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court.
