Beaches - the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Daytona are around 1 hr's drive.

Airports – the villa is around 30 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and approximately 1 Hour from Sanford International. 

The villa is a uniquely secluded pool home with no close neighbours on any side in a new exclusively developed fully gated community, which is maintained to the highest standards.

The spacious Villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with showers two being ensuite. There is a large living area with TV, video, PS2/DVD and CD player as well as formal and informal dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave & large fridge freezer. Washing, drying and ironing facilities are also provided.

The south facing pool area offers total privacy whilst the deck provides sun loungers, table, parasol and chairs for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated on request.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
