Other attractions in the Orlando area are:- Universal Studios theme park, Universal Islands of Adventure theme park, Universal City Walk (for nightlife), Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, Silver Springs (natures theme park), Gatorland and Wonderworks. Attractions nearby are Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens Tampa and Daytona USA.

This stunning 5 star property comprises a master bedroom with en-suite which has a queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and cable TV. The en-suite has a roman tub, separate shower and twin vanity units. This room also benefits from patio doors leading onto the pool deck.

2nd Master

A 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV and en-suite. The en-suite having large shower cubicle, twin vanity units and WC

3rd & 4th Bedrooms

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms (one of which has a Disney theme) have twin beds and share a bathroom which has access onto the pool deck.

Living Room

The living room has comfortable seating for 6 people, cable TV, DVD, and Stereo. Fully opening sliding glass doors lead to the lanai and pool deck.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook

A luxury kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a large fridge freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker. The utility area has a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast nook seats 4 around a table and has windows which overlook the pool deck and garden.

Dining Room

There is also a seperate dining room which seats 6 round a large table for a more formal occasion.

Pool Deck

The pool deck is equipped with comfortable seating and relaxing loungers. A 7ft diameter Spa spills over into the heated 30ft by 15ft pool.

Garage

Finally the villa has a large double garage.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Gavin says: "The villa was absolutely superb and far exceeded our expectations. There were six adults in our group but we never felt like we were on top of one another due to the spacious layout of the property. All of the rooms were a good size, especially the en suites in the two double bedrooms. The pool area was a lovely place to catch the sun, relax and eat our meals. The location was also ideal in that it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and tourist areas yet it in no way felt remote. All of the main attractions and Orlando airport are within a very short drive and are easy to find off the main Interstate 4. On top of that, every local amenity you could need ie supermarket, pharmacy etc were just a couple of minutes away. All in all it was an excellent base from which to explore and enjoy the sights and sounds of Orlando and indeed the rest of Florida. I would thoroughly recommend it."
