Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher. Microwave, iron/ironing board, coffee maker etc. in fact everything to make life easier whilst on holiday. There is also a dining area in the kitchen.

Dining Room: There is a separate dining room if you would like to eat in more formal surroundings. This room is bright with a touch of elegance.

Sitting room: This room is spacious and comfortable with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is cable television, video and stereo system in this room. There is an assortment of videos and books available for your use.

 

Bedroom 1: This room has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is cable television in this room.

Bedroom 2: This room has a queen size double bed, also with ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4: Otherwise known as 'Jack and Jill' rooms, there are 2 single beds in each room and a shared bathroom.

 

The pool area is screened lanai. There is a private fenced pool. The patio has comfortable patio furniture. The patio doors leading from the sitting room to the pool area are alarmed – for the safety of children.


There is a local Management Company on site between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.  

Dunscullib Villa is situated in Indian Creek, just off highway 192. Indian Creek is a serene residential area with its own tennis courts and children’s play area. It is very close to the supermarkets and there are a wide variety of restaurants close by. Dunscullib Villa is spacious and fully air conditioned. The Villa has a comfortable sitting room with television and DVD. It has a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and also a more formal dining room. In all, Dunscullib Villa has all the comforts of your own home, plus the added bonus of being just 3 miles from the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. After a busy day visiting the numerous Disney attractions, which are all within easy reach by car, you can come home and relax by the pool. This villa is fully air conditioned. There is a telephone which can be used for free local call, incoming calls and emergency calls.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing, a museum.

There are numerous Disney Theme Parks, theatres and cinemas all within 45 minutes drive away

A childrens play area, basket ball pitch, soccer pitch and tennis courts are all on site.

Susan says: "From the start the owners made the whole process easy, by responding quickly to our late request, they even sent details in the post which came before we left. Then when we got there picking up the keys was no problem despite our late arrival, as the key box was easy to work. The lights were on in the villa which was great as we arrived in the dark. The villa matched it description so again we were pleased. The heating for the pool was all sorted and we could adjust the heating/air- conditioning if we needed to. We never ran out of hot water even with all three bathrooms in use at the same time. As we had no problems we had little contact with the management company but they were friendly. The location was great, near the 192 for eating out etc. It really is a few minutes from the supermarket and a variety of restaurants. It is very near Disney and also near the I4 so easy to reach Sea World and Universal. Also there is a free bus servive at the Best Western (near the supermarket) to Busch Gardens, which we used although we had a car. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone going to Orlando."
