French doors open out onto the Lanai, pool, spa area. The en-suite offers a walk-in separate shower cubicle and features roman oval bath, twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and toilet/WC.

Bedroom two: A luxury queen-sized bed and bedroom suite with walk-in closet. TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. Adjacent bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit, shower and toilet/WC.

Bedroom three: With two single beds and walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer. Adjacent bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit, shower over bath and toilet/WC. 

Living room: To the front of the house. This area offers additonal relaxation area with 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and coffee tables.

Formal Dining Room: Light and airy with table and seating for 6 guests.

Family Room: This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area with a three seater sofa, two seater love seat and armchair, coffee tables and lamps, cable TV with theatre VCR/DVD/CD surround sound system and video/DVD library, HiFi, with direct access to the lanai/pool through patio doors.

Den: contains a sofabed (sleeps 2), TV, VCR/DVD, PlayStation2 and games, toys and computer with FREE broadband interent access.

Kitchen/Nook: The fully equipped centrally located gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience with full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener sandwich maker, waffle maker, food processor, electric grill and telephone. All crockery and cutlery provided sufficient to cater for 8 guests. A table and four chairs provide a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area, also with direct access to the lanai/pool area.

Laundry room: Large washing machine and separate dryer, with ironing board and iron.

Games room: Pool table, table football, air hockey, electronic dart board and basketball game.
 

The home features a private, fully screened, 13' x 26' heated pool and separate Hot Tub. There is a covered lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. There are also sun loungers, a patio set, and a gas/charcoal barbecue for relaxing, soaking up the Florida sun, and dining al fresco. The entire area is covered with a fine-mesh screen to keep out any insects. 

This luxury executive vills is situated on an up-market development just off Highway 192, a major thoroughfare packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions. Although the home is close to all the amenities and only 10 mintues from Disney Workd, it is siutated in a quiet area. The development features in most of the Executive Class Homes in the leading holiday brochures.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, flying, skiing/snowboarding, a sports center, scuba diving.

Plenty of space, lots of nice extras such as free phone/internet welcome food basket, a real hot tub that we adored, info about the parks and more. The villa is so neat and clean, and all furnishings are great -- and we are VERY PICKY! I was concerned that the pictures I saw on the internet would not be as good in real life but they were. The owners are accesible and very easy to deal with. Overall a truly wonderful place to stay. Also, if you go, try the new Italian restaurant right up the road in the little strip mall near Walgreens -- it just opened and has excellent food. There are a bunch of homes in Orange Tree to choose from but you can't go wrong renting this one -- nice quiet location, new house, awesome games room, etc. We plan to stay there again next year.
