This villa is set out ideal for couples or two families sharing; two bedrooms and bathroom at either end of the villa. Very tastefully furnished, decorated and equipped ideal.

Accomodation comprises;
The lounge is beautifully furnished with a large settee (which can be converted into a bed), a smaller settee, arm chair, coffee table and a a large cabinet with drawers and cupboard which houses the television (cable TV) and DVD player. Sliding patio doors have a separate insect screen and lead from the lounge to the pool area.
The dining room, again with beautiful furniture and decoration, has a large dining table and six chairs.
The Kitchen is very well equipped with all crockery cutlery, cooking utensils, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and Dishwasher etc. There is a breakfast bar with two bar stools and a dining table with four chairs.
A separate utility room houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The garage has recently been converted into a games room with air hockey, table football and darts (safe)!

The master suite has ensuite bathroom which comprises a double size shower cubicle, bath, two sinks, separate toilet and dressing room and TV/VCR combined.

The screened pool is an excellent size 30ft by 15ft with depths of 3ft to 6ft. There is a large covered Lanai Area for those relaxing evenings and a deck area with ample patio furniture and sun loungers.
There is a safety fence to keep the toddlers from straying into the pool unattended.

Local Management Company on call 24 hours a day for any emergencies.
 

Car hire is a must for all visitors to Orlando! Having a car you are ideally placed for all major attractions from this villa whilst having a very peaceful base to come back to after the buzz of the parks!!

This villa is located on a small private development ‘Bridge Water at Town Centre’ Davenport, close to Walt Disney World Resort and other major attractions.

The main Highway 192 is only minutes away giving easy access to all attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and many of the other famous Orlando activities and experiences.

East access to Interstate 4 which leads to exits for Tampa, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach.

The villa is fully fitted and equipped with all you need and more to make your vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing.

Daytona Beach is approximately a 2 hour drive away.

Hw 192 is mins away giving access to all attractions,restaurants,supermarkets, shopping malls etc.
