Our villa incorporates 2 Master Bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding "who gets the Master Bedroom ?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing. In addition to which, both Master Suites have American King sized beds (which will hopefully stop those arguments over who gets which master bedroom).

Both Master bedrooms have American King sized beds and large cable TV's.

Bedroom 3 has an American Queen sized bed and bedroom 4 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have cable T.V.

If that were not enough there is also a Queen size sofa bed should the need arise.

We have included all quality furnishing and appliances including a large cable TV in Family Room with DVD player, Philips Home Cinema system and Sony Playstation 2 (with 2 controllers - NOT the single controller provided with most homes), plus Cable TV's in all Bedrooms and we have also supplied some further DVD players.

There is a NEW Games Room incorporating a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball & Competition Dartboard.

 

Our large privately screened pool is wonderful to relax in after a hard day at the theme parks, shopping or playing golf. Why not relax in the sun drenched pool or sit at the table for drinks or an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have even supplied a luxury gas BBQ (available on request) to help with those last minute decisions of "whats for dinner".

The pool has a 2' deep lazing platform where you can relax looking out over the Conservation View, or maybe you would prefer the 7' Spa to take away your aches and pains having spent the day at the theme parks or in the shopping malls.

The pool area has a removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool. The screened porch area has a ceiling fan offering a shady retreat from the Florida sun.

We have provided sun loungers plus a table and chairs for your enjoyment.

There are NO villas behind ours making it very private and the perfect place to relax in peace. The outlook across the pool deck is of an unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland. We have even planted shrubs down each side of the pool cage for additional privacy.

We have installed a Wireless DSL broadband connection for those who feel they need to keep in touch with work or just wish to surf the web (also FREE OF CHARGE).

Unlike many villas, the prices we quote include all taxes, utilities, bed linen and towels.

In addition to the villas facilities guests have complimentary access to the large communal pool, a childrens play area and an all-weather tennis court.

The superb 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course is a huge attraction for all (more so for the girls as they get to do some guilt free sunbathing by the pool or shopping at the many excellent designer outlet malls - of which there are lots) – 365 days of glorious sunshine & golf !!

If you are travelling as a large group, we can offer you 3 additional and identical 4 bed villas on the same estate - ideal for up to 8 families sharing as you effectively have up to 8 master suites, 16 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to share amongst yourselves.

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week. They can also provide additional services including:
• A personal chef who is a member of the American Personal Chef Association. He will discuss with you what you would like, will come to the villa with all the necessary tools, groceries, will prepare & cook the meal and then clear up afterwards. He can also provide cooking demonstrations if preferred.
• A baby sitting service. This is a professional company who are used by Disney themselves for their resort guests. They will provide baby sitters with appropriately aged toys or games if requested, will accompany a family around the parks if needed, they will sit in with elderly guests while the rest of the family go out for the day.
• Chair massages in the comfort of the villa - no having to get up and drive home after a relaxing massage.

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a single storey villa with a large front door suitable for wheel chairs. The bedrooms are also suitable for wheelchairs and the open plan living area makes moving around easy. Being on one level, there are no stairs to negotiate. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
