Instead of crowding into one or two rooms, you will have my entire house to relax in after an active day at the theme parks. Just imagine coming back after a busy day at Disney World and swimming in your very own heated private pool.
Many people would think that these accommodations are out of reach for most families, but the surprising truth is you can rent my house for less than the price of two standard hotel rooms!
These are big claims to make. We want to prove to you that for families and even groups traveling together, renting a pool home is an excellent choice for accommodations in the Disney World area. Kids love staying at my home—so do their parents! Join the many happy families that have enjoyed their vacations at my home.
 

Imagine the comfort and privacy that staying in my house affords. When you arrive, you will be impressed by the beautiful tropical exterior. I particularly love the palm trees. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale.
Besides being so close to Disney World, there is every sort of restaurant, drugstore and three supermarkets located within a few miles of the home. Sea World and Universal Studios are easily accessed via Route 4.
In addition, nearby are Reunion Golf Resort and Champion’s Gate Golf Resort, not to mention numerous other first-rate golf courses. There are courses in the area for every golfer’s ability and wallet. Since our home backs up to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course part of the Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club, we enjoy a beautiful golf course view.

Truly, my home fits that old real estate adage “Location, location, location!”
 

Open the front door and enter the living room. You may want to sit in this room when you want a little adult quiet time away from the rest of the family. The living room is bright and cheerful.
Passing through the dining room you arrive in the kitchen.

Personally, I don't want to spend too much of my time in the kitchen while I am on vacation; but if you want to cook, you have the equipment to prepare the most elaborate of meals. And of course, there is a dishwasher.

When traveling with the family the full kitchen is a wonderful thing to have. You won't have to eat every meal at a restaurant- unless you want to.

You'll really appreciate the convenience when there are children in the group. They can eat when they want- which can be at all hours with all the fun they'll be having. Have a finicky eater? Make the food that they like and get back quickly to the vacationing.

Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
We really enjoy our breakfasts together. The one meal we always eat at the house is breakfast. It has become a family tradition. The first person awake makes the coffee... at least the first pot!
The family room is a favorite gathering place. There is room for everyone to sit together and enjoy talking about our day.

Sometimes we watch TV or movies, or even listen to CDs on the stereo. Our family loves to play games together after a day at Walt Disney World- if we're not swimming in the pool.

Provided in the family room are board games for all ages such as Trouble, Monopoly, Candyland and Checkers. There is even a game table in the corner of the room on which to play. Also, there are a few Disney movies to keep the young or young at heart occupied.
The house has a sleeping capacity for ten people. A split floor plan allows for maximum privacy with four bedrooms and three bathrooms located in three different areas of the house.

In the front of the house off of the living room, is the master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, walk in closet and a private bath with tub, shower and vanity.

The second bedroom, at the back of the house, has a double bed. It has its own bath across the hall, which opens out to the pool.
In the middle of the house, bedroom three has another double bed and bedroom four has two twin beds. Located between these two bedrooms, is the third bath.

In addition to the bedrooms, a living room sofa bed sleeps two. A crib and high chair is available at no charge, but must be requested
 

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking house

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the house you will find water skiing, cycling, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, a zoo.

Helicoper rides, Horse back riding, Florida swamp boat rides, golf and more

Main attractions is the Walt Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland and many more.

Paul says: "Our first impressions of the villa were a little disapointed as we were expecting a 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom as described on the website. Upon arrival we discovered that there were only 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. In my opinion this information needs to be updat ed with an accurate description. We did have 10 people in our party so 2 people had to make do with the sofabed in the reception which we really did not want to do hence the reason booking what we thought was a 5 bedroomed villa. Apart from this I can honestly say that everything else was fantastic. The villa has everything to make you feel completely at home for the duration of your stay & the kids absolutely loved the pool. The villa is ideally located for the Disney Parks & I would definately consider booking the villa again for our next trip. I would highly recommend this villa for others to use."
