This luxuriously furnished 4 bed 3 bath home is in a quiet cul-de sac on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Community off Highway 27, just south of 192.
Our home has 2 Master Suites, a King and a Queen, (both with access onto the pool deck) with another Queen and a Twin bedroom separated by a Jack & Jill bathroom. The King Master Suite boasts a jacuzzi tub and a generous walk in shower. The Queen Master Suite also has a generous walk in shower. All bedrooms have flatscreen cable TV and the Family Room has a big 36" flatscreen cable TV with Sony surroundsound with built in wall and ceiling speakers, a DVD and VCR as well as a stereo system. Also with Hi Speed Internet Connection.
The home comes equipped with every luxury imagineable as well as top range quality furnishings.  

The Family Room has 2 sofas, an armchair and stool, a ceiling fan and is very cosy, decorated in an African theme. There is access to the lanai and pool and the doors are of course alarmed.
The second lounge is designated as a "quiet lounge", no TV or sound system. It has 2 sofas and a coffee table, it overlooks the lanai and pool and the hall and main entrance.
In addition there is a Den, with a lovely desk and chair as well as a sofa, another 20" flatscreen cable TV and a DVD/VCR player.
 

One of the main features of the villa is the 32'x18' South facing pool with 2' deep lazing platform with parasol and swim up seats and 7' spa with optional heating when required. The pool is set in an oversized pool deck with screen and a lovely planted area and has enough pool furniture for 2 families.
There is a large table and chairs for "alfresco" dining. There is also a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze if the mid-day sun gets too hot! In addition a large double garage with automatic door means you do not have to go out to a baking hot car every day.

Highlands Reserve is a lovely community which is part residential and part rental, the two being mixed.

In addition to the facilities offered at the villa there is a full sized community pool, a childrens play area and an all-weather tennis court.

The villa is just a short walk from Highlands Reserve 18 hole par 72 Championship Golf Course.

Disney World is 10-12 minutes drive away via 1 of 2 totally different routes.

There is a strip mall with shops and take-away food outlets as well as an excellent Publix supermarket that caters for all needs just 2 minutes drive away.

Further restaurants and a Wal-mart store are within 10 minutes by car.

On arrival, we provide a complimentary Welcome Pack, consisting of essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, eggs, cheese, bread, etc., plus a bottle of wine to toast the beginning of your holiday experience in our home. Our management company provide a "meet and greet" service for all our guests where you will be shown around the property, how everything works etc., and are also available to answer any questions you may have. An information file is available in the home full of information about the theme parks, ideas on the best shopping malls, beaches, dining and lots more.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, a sports center, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
