Vistapark Resort is nestled amongst orange groves in the Central Florida highlands and overlooks Walt Disney World. It is the perfect location from which to visit all the major theme parks and tourist attractions. It is only a five minute drive to restaurants and supermarkets and approximately one hour’s drive to the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is half an hour’s drive from Orlando International Airport, on the US Highway 27 just 1 mile south from the junction with the US Highway 192.

 

Description: The large 3,300 sq.ft. villa, which can accommodate 14, has been furnished to the highest standard and now includes Wireless Internet:

Downstairs: Entry is through imposing double doors into an entrance hallway with Italian marble floor, directly into the spacious open plan family room, with television and DVD player. There is a separate breakfast nook overlooking the pool, furnished with table and 4 chairs, as well as a separate formal dining room.

An additional living room with open fireplace and also a hi-fi stereo system, is comfortably furnished to include a queen sofa bed, and can be found at the front of the house.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality corian worktops. There is a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and American style fridge/freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser.
There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. A walk-in shower room/w.c. is also situated on the ground floor.

Outside: There is a large screened swimming pool and spa
with large deck area and sun loungers. It is partially surrounded by orange trees and lawn and is situated on a large corner plot. There are two covered lanai with a built-in electric barbeque. There is a large table and chairs for outdoor entertaining. The pool has feature fountains and underwater lights for night time swimming and use of the spa.












 

Upstairs: There is a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of which radiate from the beautiful galleried landing:

Master Bedroom 1: King size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV/DVD, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, bathroom with bath/shower, which can be en-suite or can be shared.

Bedroom 4: Full (double) bed. Built-in wardrobe, bathroom with bath/shower, which can be en-suite or shared with bedrooms 5/6. TV/DVD.

This very spacious villa, set on a large corner plot in peaceful surroundings, can comfortably accommodate families vacationing together or those who simply do not want to compromise on luxury and quality. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped and maintained to a high standard by the on-site Management Company. Outside there is a fully screened private pool/spa and large pool deck partially surrounded by orange trees with sun loungers, large table and chairs and electric grill for all that outdoor entertaining, or just relaxing by the pool.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room(Queen). This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
