The villa contains everything a modern family needs, including 50" DLP flat panel TV, DVD/CD/MP3 player and cable TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, pantry housing a large washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa also features a fully equipped games room (billiards, foozball table, air hockey, electronic darts board) and Play Station 2 complete with some games (or bring your own favourites).

There is also a free high speed internet connection available, both wired (ethernet) and wireless so you can bring your laptop, blackberry or PDA along and connect. (no PC provided)

The 30' swimming pool has extended decking to enable children to play comfortably, whilst the jacuzzi allows the adults to relax! The pool backs onto conservation woodland, ensuring privacy.

Comfortably sleeping 10, the villa also offers a cot and high chair upon request. 

The attractive houses in Liberty Village are built around beautiful lakes and this gorgous villa backs on to a wonderfully wild woodland area and therefore there is no fear of being overlooked whilst you are in our large pool or Jacuzzi.

It is a private home that our family use most of the year, however, we sometimes have to work! and therefore we rent the spare time out. As a result the holiday home is equipped with every thing our family likes to use, and we're sure it will meet your own holiday requirements.

Living Room
Open the front door and walk into this light and roomy living area, with bright modern decor and brand new furniture, to say nothing of views of the pool area.

The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed. A massive 50" TV with DVD player, and we have subscribed to the full range of cable TV services including both wired and wireless high speed internet.


Dining Room
The dining room is strategically placed between the living room and the kitchen to ensure the food doesn't get too cold!

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with all the 'white goods' you'd expect such as a large self cleaning cooker, a grill, a microwave, huge fridge and of-course, a dish washer to save getting those newly tanned hands dirty!
We have also supplied a full range of professional quality saucepans and other cooking tools, as well as a selection of plates, bowls etc for in door and out door use.

Pantry
This annex acts as a fully functioning laundry, with a large up right washing machine and a tumble drier (to save you having to hang the towels out to dry!)

Master Bedroom
Not only is it absolutely huge, but also beautifully appointed, and to top it all, it has stunning views of the pool, garden and 'conservation area' woods. The wardrobe in the master beedroom also includes a safe for passports and travellers cheques. The bedroom also features a 20" flat panel TV, DVD, CD and MP3 player and alarm clock.
The master bathroom is comes complete with walk in shower, separate bath and his'n'hers sink.

Bedroom 2
The second double bedroom is also located at the rear of the house and therefore has fantastic views of the pool deck and woodlands.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a twin and shares a bathroom with bedroom four.
The bedroom also features a 20" flat panel TV, DVD, CD and MP3 player, PS2 with games, and alarm clock. This bedroom is a childrens themed room and has a pacifier light that provides ever changing night-lighting.

Bedroom 4
This is another themed twin bedroom to keep the kids happy.
The bedroom also features a 20" flat panel TV, DVD, CD and MP3 player and alarm clock.

Games Room:
The double garage has been converted into a games room with plenty to keep the kids busy (even the big kids!). Air hockey, foozeball (table football), darts and pool are available to keep you entertained.

OUTDOOR AREA:

The swimming pool area is the high point for the villa.

The pool itself is not only beautiful but also 28 feet long and 14 feet wide, thereby offering plenty of space to cool down after spending all day in the Floridian sun.
The Jacuzzi offers you the opportunity to relax those aching muscles whilst sipping a cool drink and watching the sun set over the woodlands.
 

The villa is situated just off Ponciana Blvd. From the villa to Disney is about 10 minutes (seriously 10 minutes. I think some villa owners think you are travelling by helicopter!) and the main bar and restaurant area (192) is less then three miles away - important if you want to have a few drinks a get a taxi home! Try doing that to a house in the Davenport, highway 27 or I4 areas - your taxi would cost more than your night out!

The local Wallmart supermarket is less than five minutes away, and the outlet malls are right at the top of Ponciana - only 10 minutes away.

If you need more shopping or have tried the 100+ restaurants on 192 and need more, then International Drive is also only about 10 minutes away.


 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, horse riding, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
