The villa is set in the quiet, picturesque residential area of Eagle Pointe and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 people plus cot. 2 bedrooms are doubles and 2 are twin rooms; ideal for a 2-family holiday. It also has it's own private pool with waterfall effect feature and no rear neighbours.
All rooms are decorated to the highest standards, having a bright and spacious feel. For the hotter months there is full air conditioning throughout.
The master bedroom is ensuite and boasts a large walk in closet.There is a queen bedroom and a further two twin bedrooms which share a second bathroom.
This villa is perfect for families; the kids will love the waterfall effect featured pool which can be heated in cooler months and the games room which includes a 7ft pool table, air hockey and table football games. Why not invite some friends or family along and share the costs,the villa is big enough for two families. 

The spacious patio and decking area is surrounded by a fine insect blocking screen which makes it ideal for al-fresco dining ( there is a barbaque available for your use)
During the evening the pool can be illuminated for that midnight dip.

The fully equiped kitchen has all the facilities you could ask for. There is an oven/hob, microwave,dishwasher and coffee maker.There is a toaster a large fridge freezer with ice making facility, all the crockery and utencils you will need. There is a built on utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
 

This villa is in a wonderful location, bieng only minutes to the highway 192 in kissimmee where you will find many shops, supermarkets,bars, restaurants, and direct links to the interstate 4 for journeys further afield such as Tampa,Cypress Gardens etc.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
