The heated pool is south/west facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long.

The Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve golf courses are less than 5 minutes drive from our Villa.
 

Our detached villa is privately owned and furnished to a luxurious standard and consists of 2,691 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, nook, kitchen, laundry room, high speed wireless internet and a games room.
Completed in June 2005, no expense has been spared in fitting out each room of the villa with tasteful and high quality furniture. The Family room has a large cable TV withDVD and VCR; The kitchen is enormous and fully equiped with all major and minor appliances, including a large side by side refridgerator/freezer with ice making facility and fresh water filter; the dining room is stocked with quality crockery and cutlery; The living room has a queen sleeper sofa: The oversized master bedroom has a Super king sized bed, a 2 seated sofa ,a large CableTV/DVD and an ensuite bathroom with his and her vanity sinks, a separate shower cubicle and a large walkin closet. The second bedroom also has a Super king sized bed: CableTV and large walkin closet. Both “twin bedrooms” have two full size single beds and CableTV/DVD. A Playstation2 has also been provided. A sliding patio door leads to the south/west facing heated pool and extended deck area and is enclosed by a pool net to keep any mosquitos and bugs at bay; Four padded sun loungers and patio furniture has been provided for your confort. A Telephone is available in the kitchen and Master bedroom with free local calls. High Speed Wireless Internes access is available. A police linked security alarm is installed in the villa for your protection.
 

Walt Disney’s World Drive is just 10 miles and around a 10minute drive away. Sea World and Universal studios is a 25 minutes drive. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 72 miles and one hours drive away.

The villa has a games room with a full size pool table and air hockey table and many other games, books, CD's, DVD's and PS2 to keep the family entertained

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, a sports center, a theatre/cinema.
