The renowned Regal Palms resort is designed for all types of holiday. After visiting the many world class Florida attractions, families can relax and unwind by the tropical pool area (with pool towels provided). The pool features a lazee river, Tikki bar, water slide, jacuzzi and ample sun loungers, allowing you to reminisce on another sunny day in Florida.
The resort clubhouse complex incorporates a grill restaurant which also serves poolside snacks and cocktails and a sports bar which allows you to relax while catching up on all sports including English soccer. A regular activities calender is offered which includes live music, dinner and cocktail specials.
A business and conference centre and internet facilities are also available within the resort. 

Don`t forget your golf clubs, adjacent to Regal Palms is the magnificent Highland Reserve golf course. This renown 18 hole par 72 championship course is one of many within minutes drive of your holiday home.
A shopping mall is also within walking distance. The mall includes a Publix supermarket and other stores including a nail and beauty salon, liquor store and tobacco store,.
For the evening the mall also has a Sports Bar, Japanese, Indian, Italian and Applebees restaurants and Pizza and Chinese take outs.
Many other restaurants are only a short drive away from the resort.
The mall also has two banks and a gas station. 

The lounge and all bedrooms have TV`s complete with cable. A DVD player is also provided. Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The two other upstairs bedrooms have twin beds and a shared bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a full bed/standard double and ensuite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, should you need it. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the ammenities you need, including dishwasher and microwave and there is a laundry cupboard equipped with washing machine and drier, along with iron and ironing board. Two hair driers are provided as well as a safe for your valuables. All linen and ample towels are provided. Strictly NO PETS are allowed to stay in the home

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, a museum.

Brian says: "This property is great. The drive to Disney was 20 minutes like advertised. The townhome had everything we needed. It easily accomidated my wife and I, our 3 children, my mother in law, and another father and son. We were there for a soccer tournament at Disney and I recommend Regal Palms to everyone staying in the Disney area. We had other people who stayed at Disney resorts who woke up to noise at 6:30 a.m. We woke up to peace and quiet."
