Calla Lily Villa has a full lake view from the south facing pool & Jacuzzi area - with extended decking and full patio furniture - great way to unwind after a hard day at the the Theme Parks!

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. Janice says: "We may never stay in a hotel again! The home was enormous and beautifully furnished. On rainy days/afternoons - when we couldn't frolic in the private, crystal clear pool - a hotel would've been a nightmare with 4 boys aged 7 thru 11, but the game room (with pool, foosball, air hockey and PS2) afforded lots of diversion. The villa was close to Disney type action if you're into that, but still tucked into beautiful wooded country that's just far enough to feel like you're getting away from the rat race. It was very close to Kissimee's Old Town which we highly recommend for family fun for all ages. You can be certain we will be renting from rentyourselfavilla.com again!"
