The villa is in the ideal location for Disney, other parks, shops and restaurants.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished. Free high speed wireless internet access is provided (your own laptop is required). The accomodation comprises:

Large airy living room with vaulted ceiling. Furnished with 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and ceiling fan. There is a digital cable TV, DVD, stereo and a supply of games, books, DVDs, and CDs for guests to enjoy.

Dining area which seats 6 comfortably.

Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room & large walk-in wardrobe with safe. Ceiling fan. TV and DVD.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD.

Bedroom 3 with single bed plus triple bunk bed, TV and Playstation 2.

Cot, highchair and stroller are available free of charge.

Family bathroom situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 with bath/overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.

Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and breakfast table. Full range of utensils and crockery (for indoors and outdoor use). A coolbox is also provided for guests to use.

Laundry facilites: Washing machine, tumble dryer, washing basket, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. These are all situated in the garage which can be accessed directly from the kitchen.

Cleaning/towels/linen: The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. Bath and pool towels along with all linen are provided.

The triple bunk is a standard bunk bed but with the bottom folds into a double

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
