                          This home away from home is decorated to a high standard and it is fully equipped with everything you need and more!!!!!! It has over 2300 Sq Ft of living space. It offers cable TV in all bedrooms, 40 Inch LCD TV, Playstation 2 and a DVD player. The floor is completely tiled downstairs. With ceiling fans throughout this tasteful and bright, air-conditioned home a comfortable stay is assured. Here you also have the benefit of a 28ft heated pool and extended deck area. The garage has a pool table, Foosball and a Dart board. The electronic gates and centrally monitored alarm in the home will give you added peace of mind on your vacation. 

The Disney entrance at Lake Buena Vista is just five miles away or 10 mins. Other attractions such as Seaworld, Golf, The Old Kissimmee Amusement Park, Outlet Stores are all less than 15 minutes drive.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, a museum.
