Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the Best of Both Worlds. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.  

When you feel like a change of scenery, just a short drive takes you to every conceivable amenity. Just minutes away you will find Supermarkets, Shopping Malls with stores of every description, Amusement Centres, Cinemas, Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. As if all of these attractions are not enough, just a 15 minute drive takes you to the worlds most famous pleasure resort...Disney World.. need we say more!

The Pool area and rear garden overlooks open country side

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire.
