Sunridge Woods is situated in a quiet location, and our home is next to a conservation area. The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Orlando. We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.
Our home is fully equipped for 8/10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious. The style being typically Floridian with its beautiful pastel shades, The lounge is the place to be for those relaxing quiet moments. The large sofa also converts to a double bed

Opposite is the dining room with views of the front garden.

The villa has a telephone with free calls even International.


 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack.

For your convenience there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find an iron and ironing board.
Our spacious Family Room for relaxing in comfort has a television(Cable) with patio doors leading to the screened pool and patio area which provides a delightful setting for dining or entertaining.

The Deluxe Master suite which is off the family room has a queen size bed, lots of drawer space The bathroom is complete with shower, twin vanity unit, and toilet, and a walk in wardrobe

There are 3 further bedrooms on the other side of the villa, one with double bed, the other two with 2 singles. Next to the bedroom with the double bed you will find the other bathroom which has a vanity unit toilet and a bath with shower . There is also a door that goes out on to the pool deck.



 

The pool is 34’ long and the depth is 7’ at the deepest end also it has an electric pool heater There is a large covered area 30’ x 8’ for sun bathing or sitting under in the evenings

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

Diane says: "To have everything you need and more besides in a rental villa is superb, even down to towels for the pool and waterparks as well as bathing at the villa is a big bonus. The water in the pool was always warm which is a big bonus for the children. Bed linen was lovelyand clean and all linen was in very good order as was all crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. Dishwasher was a great asset as how anyone can live without one I do not know!!! All correspondence was superb with maps, best places to eat, nearest supermarkets etc were a great help to us, actually I cant think of anything that was missing from Rob & Angie in their help. It is an excellent base to get about with links to all the major attractions. We all said that the pictures on the web site do not do the villa justice as it is better in real life. One more thing I must say is that the welcome drinks pack was very well received after travelling all day. Once again thank you"
