Champions Gate golf resort is a mere 5 mins drive away, this offers not only a wonderful championship golf course but a supermarket, mcdonalds, banks, petrol station, chinese resturaunt, italian resturaunt both of whom deliver. 

Disney is only 7 miles drive from the villa, approx 10 mins.

There are 4 No TV's in the property, one which has a playstation 2 with a selection of games. There are also a selection of board games, music cd's and DVD films. There is a safe supplied in the villa at no extra cost Full internet (Wireless) available at no extra cost

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

margo says: "Been to Florida umteen times, never been disapointend with any villas in the kissimmee area. We had a fantastic time in this one, and would look forward to coming back here again. A Wee bit further up the I 4 than we were accustomed to, but no problem,central to anywhere we wanted to go. lovely villa, and would`nt hesitate to come back again, if I was to say anything to improve the standard of our stay, the master bedrooms bedding could now be doing with an upgrade, but only a comment, we had a great time, and will hopefully be back soon.
