The villa enjoys a 42inch wide screen wall mounted plasma TV in the lounge. In addition, there are Televisons in 2 other bedrooms. There is also wi fi (wireless) internet access. In addition to all of the house amenities, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, such as the clubhouse which is Just a 1 min walk away. Resort Facility's include a large swimming pool as well as a children pool, both are heated during the colder months. It also has a gym, a sauna, a game room, a cyber-cafe, a meeting room and concierge service. Outside, there is a Tiki-hut where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, a children playground, a volleyball court,Tennis Courts, a picnic and barbecue area. A hiking and biking trail winds through the resort.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jan Bart says: "Very clean. Completely furnished. Very nice to find also salt, pepper and even coffee present in the kitchen. Very nice resort as well: we used the common facilities (pool, pool-side bar) frequently - they are also at walking distance. Only remark is the pump connected to the swimming pool which operated between 08.30 and 20.00 hrs and which was rather noisy. Would be nice if you could switch it off manually. "
