Our home is set on the prestigious Chatham Park development, an excellent location which is ideally situated for quick and easy access to all the major attractions that Orlando has to offer. It has a mix of local residents and owners like ourselves who rent their homes.

Chatham Park is just half a mile off the main 192 highway in a quiet location yet within minutes you are in the heart of the attractions, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. Its central position close to the 192, means that restaurants, shops, supermarkets & other attractions are never far away and are readily available for your enjoyment.

Our home is beautifully set within a pleasant cul-de-sac position, having well kept lawns and shrubs surrounding the property, and a welcoming screened private pool to the rear.

Chatham Park also boasts further amenities for your use which include a children's playground, large swimming pool, basketball court and tennis courts, all of which are free of charge to our guests.

Our management team live in Chatham Park and therefore are close by in the unlikely event that you have any problems, or simply wish to ask for some advise. They fully maintain our home and pool to ensure everything is kept to the high standard you would expect.

The development also enjoys a 24hour on-site security patrol providing peace of mind while you relax & enjoy your vacation. The security personnel are also always available to assist, should you have any questions for them.

The ground floor of our home is open plan and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, family room, kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom. The double garage also acts as a utility area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. A washing line and clothes pegs as well as ironing facilities are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, fridge freezer, and of course all the usual items you would expect, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and many other miscellaneous essential items all designed to cater for up to nine people.

The master bedroom is also on the ground floor being very spacious, and has cable T.V. The adjoining dressing room contains a large 'walk in' wardrobe, luxury en-suite bathroom including large shower and roman tub bath. From the master bedroom there is access to the pool area and patio.

The first floor has three further double bedrooms; two with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps, and one with a full size Queen bed. A second bathroom comprising illuminated vanity area, shower, bath and w.c.

The sun drenched patio area surrounding the pool, has a non-slip surface for safety, and has direct access from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, through sliding patio doors. The pool is maintained to a high standard with the chemicals adjusted regularly to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

There are sun loungers and other patio furniture for your enjoyment, an ideal environment for a relaxing swim at the end of a busy day in the theme parks (or shopping!!).The fully screened pool is west facing, having sun all day.

All prices are per week and not per person. Rates include all local and state taxes, electricity, local phone calls and use of communal facilities.
Price does not include the returnable security deposit of £100, or charges for heating pool (£70 per week).



 

The property sleeps 9 plus an infant. (Cot/crib provided free of charge)

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the house you will find golf, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, flying, walking, horse riding, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo.
