Facilities in the living area include leather sofa and chair, large screem tv, DVD player, Large ornate coffee table, Poker equipment and two standard lamps 

The Master bedroom has a very large sleigh bed, tv, DVD player, and high quality furnishings and is onsuite with two wash basins, wc large shower and seperate bath 

8 ft Pool Table, 6 ft Air Hockey, Foosball and Darts are now installed in the house. 

All bedrooms have TV's. There are 2 DVD players, and Mickeys bedroom has a Playstation 2 for the kids added fun so remember to bring some games! if you can find some spare time. Two bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms and all furniture is to the highest quality. A games room including 8 ft Pool Table, 6 ft Air Hockey, Foosball table and electronic dart board is now installed.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.
