Come to our very popular villa for 5 Star Luxury in the Sun! This luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath, Florida vacation home in Lindfields Estates is right where you want it to be, on a QUIET & private street and CLOSE to the Disney attractions. Only a 3.5 mile drive to Disney.

Accommodation:

The fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida vacation home consists of master bedroom with TV, king size bed, en-suite, and walk in closet. Three other double bedrooms, one with queen size bed and TV and one with Mickey Mouse feature! Two further bathrooms, two spacious living areas, dining room, breakfast area and utility room with washer and dryer, all linens are provided. There is a central security system and pool alarms for your added peace of mind. Sleeps 8-10 + crib. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob (stove), microwave, fridge and freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Other amenities include five cable TVs one in each bedroom plus one in the family room(two are 32 inch, 2 are high definition), two VCRs, Sony PlayStation 2, DVD player, & CD player and several movies on VHS or DVD format.
We also offer free use of an the villa computer which is also has high speed internet. The villa also has a secure high speed wireless network in case you want to bring your wireless laptop.

The Pool is secluded, meaning that it is not overlooked by adjacent properties. A feature that is not present in 95% of the villas in the central Florida area.

Free use of baby equipment is offered which includes 2 strollers, highchair, and portable crib, see pictures within this site. Single storey construction means no stairs to climb.


The villa contains a modern Win XPcomputer with wireless internet access. The villa also has secure wi-fi in case you would like to bring your wireless laptop along.

This villa is NO SMOKING and NO PETS

The villa also offers free use of a gas grill available on the fully screen enclosed lanai.

We have toys and floats for the pool. Various Moivies for the VCR, and a Sony Playstation. High speed internet DSL

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room #2. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, a sports center, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
