New 4 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool located on the exclusive Glenbrook Resort only 15 minutes from Disney World. King, queen and 2 twin bedrooms, plus a sofa bed. Sleeps 10 total. Screened 12 foot x 26 foot private swimming pool with extended deck area to allow plenty of room round the pool. Fully equipped kitchen if you don't fancy eating out and you can hire a BBQ for al fresco cooking. TV/videos in all bedrooms, TV and DVD/video in the lounge. Onsite clubhouse has huge communal pool & deck area, mini-gym, HUGE TV with DVD player and free internet access are in the media room. There is also a games room with pool table, air hockey, drinks machine and local area info stand. Outside there is also volleyball & tennis courts available free of charge. 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, a theatre/cinema.
