Regal Palms Florida Villas and Holiday Homes at Highlands Reserve are a luxurious new development of modern town homes that can accomodate up to 10 people with a range of first class facilities on site. Situated adjacent to the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf club only 10 minutes from the main entrance to Disneyworld and close to an abundance of bars and restaurants. 

The Regal Palms Resort incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls and waterslide. Additional recreational facilities include floodlit tennis courts, volleyball court, children's play area, sunbathing terraces, spas, barbeque areas and a poolside tiki bar, music and supervised children's activities*. Our selection of Florida Villas are located within 100 yds of the pool and clubhouse complex and less than 1mile from the outstanding Highlands Reserve Golf Club. 

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 4 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The house has a sauna.

The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the house include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find walking, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying.

Gina says: "Much better than expected. Usually, websites tend to make a place better than it is.. I was amazed how great Regal Palms is. I took photos to encourage everyone I know to stay there. It is great that the lazy river pool is heated..but it was actually a little too warm. ( better than too cold though) Regal Palms is top notch !! Close to everything you would need. Restaurant there is awesome. To quote the terminator "I'll Be Back" Thanks for a great value at a great place."
