The development itself has homes on wooded lots of around a half acre providing privacy and quietness and the community is surrounded by thousands of acres of natural Florida. Doral Woods has a community pool and floodlit tennis courts exclusively for the use of the residents and their guests.

This rental villa is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, about 15-20 minutes from Disney World, Epcot, MGM and the other major Orlando attractions. The Atlantic coast at Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral are some 60 minutes drive away.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
