"Captiva Cay" is without doubt one of the best villas in this ideal location with position and facilities second to none. Only 2 miles to the Disney themeparks and a 1 mile to supermarket, shops and restaurants what more could you want! 

The Villa at over 3000sq feet has two living areas with volume ceilings, four en-suite bedrooms one of which is Disney themed, a further queen bedroom and two twin rooms one of which is jungle themed.
There are 9 TV's some with DVD's and VCR's, a computer with inclusive internet access and a games room with Pool table, Table football, Darts and a TV with Playstation 2 and a music system.
There is also a wash room with a large washing machine and two driers. 

Supermarket, Outback steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Carrabas Quality Italian plus other well known restaurants and shops.
Also Disney Themeparks are a genuine 10 minute drive away! 

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
