Eagle House on the Lake is located within the premier community of Eagle Pointe South and it is an Executive, luxurious 4 bedroom water front vacation villa being 10 mins to Disney World and International Drive and other major attractions. Within 3 mins are major shops, restaurants, flea markets, Old Town, Kissimmee town centre and other major attractions. Universal studios, Sea World and and a multitude of golf courses and fishing venues are within an easy 15 minute drive.

Most importantly the villa is south west facing which gives you the benefit of having the sun on your private enclosed pool deck from breakfast to the fabulous sunsets. No longer do you have to chase the sun in your vacation villa you have it all day long throughout the year. For any times, you wish to avoid the direct sun the Lania is available as is a sun parasol and plenty of high quality pool deck furniture. Enjoy relaxing on your private enclosed pool deck or in the pool and watching the turtles, terrapins, cranes, buzzards and eagles amongst other wild life on the lake while you are contemplating the hurly-burly of the parks or even planning a shopping trip. You are so close to Disney and all shops including premier outlets and flea markets that a lunch break and relaxing swim in your own pool in the middle of a busy "park visiting or shoping day" is easily achievable.
 

The villa sleeps eight people in comfort; we do not use the family room for sleeping which most owners do as we consider our guests benefit from the additional space this gives them. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool and lake has a King sized sleigh bed and cable T/V and remote control ceiling fan. The sumptuous en-suite bathroom, with twin vanity basins and large walk in shower and roman bath leads onto the large walk-in closet supplied with numerous clothes hangers and a floor mounted safe. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and cable TV/VCR and ceiling fan, the third and fourth bedroom both have two single beds in each. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and clothes hangers. For the younger guest we have a cot, high chair and lightweight buggy (stroller) available free of charge.

The fully air-conditioned luxury furnished villa has vaulted ceilings throughout including the large family room with additional central fan and luxurious comfortable furniture. It has a 27" multi channel cable t/v, C.D, VCR and radio with various board games, books, etc as well as an Xbox for games. This room gives direct access through the large sliding doors to the pool deck. These doors are fitted with child proof alarms to ensure the safety of all visiting children. Adjacent to the family room is the formal dining area. The telephone is close by with an extension in the master bedroom. This telephone is free for all incoming calls and local outgoing use.
Our full size kitchen is fitted with a four ring cooker, large fridge-freezer with ice maker, dish washer, micro-wave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwhich maker, etc. In addition within the multitude of cupboards there are plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses for indoor and plastics for outdoor use.
The kitchen has its own dining area and brunch bar for informal dining. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room and two car garage, within this area is the full size washing machine, dryer an 

The fully enclosed and private pool deck with its pool side chairs, loungers and table and pool which can be heated at your request has a south west view across the lake. This area has the benefit of the sun being on it from breakfast to sunset throughout the whole of the year, no longer will you have to sit in the shadows when you are on vacation. The lake is always busy with a multitude of birds wading and feeding and the occasional terrapin and turtle can be seen basking in the sun. You can fish in the lake and if you wish a more adventurous fishing then lake Toho is only 10 mins away with East Lake Toho being even better fishing another 10 mins away. You can fish from the piers at both these lakes or for a special event hire a boat and if you need to a guide, these guys can really show you where the fish are. You can make this villa be the centre of an action packed vacation or a wholly relaxing episode, or perhaps a combination of both, the choice is yours. 

No more chasing the sun, as it is on your secluded pool deck from breakfast to sunset. The views across the lake are pleasant, tranquil and interesting especially the sunsets which are always spectacular. Disney World is only 10 minutes drive away along quiet routes, with major shops and restaurants within 3 minutes. All are close enough to return to your own vacation home at lunch time for a sanity break. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
