Completed June 2003, this Executive 4 bed 3 bath Villa is located just off the 192 and only minutes to Disney and close to all major attractions.
The layout has been given a lot of thought to cater for your comfort and families of every size and age. The Master bed is kingsize, bed 2 is queen size bed 3 is a double lower and single upper bunk and bed 4 is a twin room.

 

Relax after a long day in the parks or shopping in this 27 x 12 pool with spa (heated for a supplement) while watching those fabulous florida sunsets. a covered Lanai makes eating al fresco possible in any weather. The lake behind the home also illuminated fountains and interesting Florida wildlife (please dont feed the gators) 

Relax in this well appointed lounge area with plenty of entertainment possible with the 50" plasma DVD/VCR players.

Your comfort is important to us and the facilities of the home should reflect that.

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, flying, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

All Major Central Florida Attractions are within 45 minutes.
