Consisting of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house comprises almosty 3000 sq ft over 2 floors. Downstairs has a double bedroom with its own facilities, twin lounges, one with a TV/DVD, the other a more formal lounge. Upstairs consists of an extremely spacious master bedroom with its en suite and three further twin rooms sharing a third bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer. All linen and towels are provided. Cot and High Chair are also available for our younger guests. 

The Pool is 24ft x 12ft but is enclosed in an extremely spacious lanai. This has allowed the deck to be extended creating a larger than usual sun bathing area. All the required patio furniture is situated around the pool.The pool also benefits by not backing onto anyone, offering seclusion. 

 

The pool does not back on to another and has the added benefit of extended decking to provide a much larger than normal sunbathing area.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, horse riding, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.
