The villa is a detached two storey villa fully air conditioned, located in the Hampton Lakes community which is ideally located for all of Orlando's attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses and is within easy reach of Interstate 4 which provides access to either coast of Florida.
The community boasts communal facilities, two flood-lit tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volley ball, community pool, kid's playground, changing and toilet facilities The communal facilities are available for use by all guests free of charge

Enter the villa and you find a formal dining area, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, Electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with all utensils & crockery provided, a breakfast bar, the family room is furnished with comfortable sofas (the three seater converts into a sofa bed), a large screen TV with video, DVD player and music centre, leading out to the screened extended deck and beautiful 13ft X 26ft heated pool.

The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table, foosball and electronic darts.  

The villa has 5 bedrooms 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a further three bedrooms on the second floor one queen and two twins sharing a bathroom.

Master Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, Walk-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom.

Master Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom walk-in shower.



Upstairs: There is a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, walking, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a zoo.

National Parks (Lake Louisa) and Clermont only 10 -15 minutes drive

Richard says: "The whole party from adults to children were extremely impressed with the villa. The rooms were ample in size, the living area more than spacious. The standard was better than we had anticipated. The villa is situated in a quiet estate and within a 20 minute distance to all the Disney Theme parks. There is a wealth of shopping facilities on the 192 which is only a couple of miles away as well as the shops on Highway 27. The pool was clean and well maintained, the linnen was of good quality. The games room was an added bonus when the kids were getting restless before setting off for the day. We would consider returning to this particular villa next time we visit Florida. Highly recommend it to anyone."
