Mickeys Paradise is a Luxurious villa set in a resort style community. It has its own private swimming pool and jetted spa but if you like to mix with other holiday makers there is a Club house complete with exercise room, media room, games room,designer swimming pool,tennis and volleyball courts.  

The villa has 5 large sized bedrooms all with built in closets and 2 of them en-suite. There is 1 King Size, 2 Queen size, 1 set of Twins, Bunk bed ( Twin and double option ) and a extra large sofa bed in the family room. A cot / crib is also available at no extra charge.
There is a large family room complete with large TV, VCR, Cable and a DVD Home theatre system, This is linked with the Kitchen which is open planned. There is a another living area with 2 large sofas and the Dining area which has an extra large Dining table. There is a separate laundry room and a large double garage.  

Mickeys Paradise was finished construction and was completed on October 31st 2003. Final construction in the close will be completed by End of November / December 2003. Phase 1 is now complete and phase 2 and 3 are in the process of construction. Limited noise might be heard in the distance 

The Villa is ideally placed on a nice cul de sac and is on an over sized plot ( more than twice the normal size ). It is a 2 minute walk to the club house and all it's facilites and also there is a garage / chemist / supermarket / restaurants all within a few minutes walk just outside the gates of this wonderful community. This villa has everything you might need for your baby / children including Highchair, Potty, Stair gate, DVD and VCR films, PS2 and Games, Board games and lots more. In a word this is a home from home .

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find walking, cycling, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

We returned back home today from our vacation. We want to compliment you on your wonderful villa. We have been to WDW 11 times. Your villa is THE BEST we have ever stayed in. You are fortunate to have a nice lot. We really enjoyed the privacy of the back pool area. At other villas we have been right on top of the neighbours.

I have attached a few photos of our trip. One of our family, one my wife
took of the MK fireworks. The shuttle launch picture she took from a gas
station lot on US Highway 50. Twenty miles west of Titusville. Would have like to been closer but the traffic was HORRIBLE.
