The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
