The resort is situated to the rear of Medieval Times off Highway 192. Which means it is right in the heart of the magic corridor of Orlando. Only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World 15 minutes to Seaworld. 20 minutes to Universal Studios.  

Unlike many other developments, Terra Verde enjoys resort style features, all of which are available free of charge to our Villa guests. Some of these include Internet cafe, stocked fishing lake, fitness centre and resort size pool and spa with outside tkki hut. If you wish to play golf this can be booked through the onsite service desk and located between 5 and 7 minutes drive away.
 

Our villa features many upgrades over the standard Magna Bay model, with extras such as a games room, 56" screen TV, leather reclining chairs with built in massage facilities, a 25 Pool with spa, fully enclosed within a screened mesh to keep out unwanted guests (insects) and extended decking with a full length porch across the rear of the villa means it stands out from many other standard villas.

BEDROOMS Master bedroom one is located on the ground floor and features a magnificent US King size 4 post bed with canopy. 37" LCD TV and DVD player and a large selection of DVDs gaves the time to relax in comfort after busy days at the parks. Full luxury en-suite facilities ensure that special feel of quality associated with executive living.  Master bedroom two is located on the first floor and featuresa US Queen size bed and en-suite facilities.  Master bedroom three again features a US Queen size bed and adjacent bathroom with bath and shower facilities.  Bedrooms four to seven are all double bedrooms featuring two single beds in each. Two of the rooms are Disney themed. These rooms are ideal for children or adults alike. 

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 4 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, climbing, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find flying, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, historic sites.

Terra Verde also has a games room, an internet cafe, a fitness centre and other resort facilities.

Disney < 10 min, leave Terra Verde you make one left turn ($0.75 toll) three turns avoiding toll.

Sarah Jane says: "14 of us, 6 young children and 8 adults, spent 2 weeks in the villa at 166 Castaway Beach Way, Terra Verde, and were very happy indeed with the accommodation and swimming pool. I would recommend the house to friends with up to 14 in the party. we felt that this was the absolute maximum. The air conditioning was excellent and both cooled or heated the house well. There were a few small points of maintenance of the house which needed attention - we informed the management of these. The mid-stay clean was barely adequate and not all the bed linen was changed. At least 3 beds were missed. The pool was lovely and warm and kept very clean by maintenance people. Both children and adults enjoyed it thoroughly."
