Our villa is located within the prestigious development known as "Countryside" Tuscan Ridge, which is situated on the convenient Highway 27, Davenport, Florida.

Tuscan Ridge has a childrens play area and tennis court, free for all guests.
Our home is close to all major attractions & only 15 minutes to the Disney World Resort.

Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are just minutes away.

For the golf enthusiast our villa is ideally located for many spectacular golf courses, including Champions Gate.




 

FOYER AND LIVING ROOMS

Foyer leading to the spacious living room. There double sliding doors open to the large covered patio/lanai. A second family living room has cable television with surround sound system, showing 200+ channels, DVD player and a CD player.
There is also a desk area with high speed internet access if required. Sliding double doors lead out to the pool area. Both these rooms have been designed and furnished to a very high standard with 3 and 2 seater sofas, armchairs and occasional furniture. Co-ordinating soft furnishings complete these comfortable, spacious rooms. The formal dining room seats six and has also been tastefully furnished.

KITCHEN

The large open plan kitchen has a center island unit and a breakfast bar. It is well equipped for 12 people with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. It has a gas cooker, built-in microwave oven, large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled drinks dispenser, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit.
Just off the kitchen is the laundry room consists of a large washing machine, tumble dryer, sink unit, ironing board and iron.
Through from the kitchen is a breakfast nook which has seating for 4 people and overlooks the pool area.

SWIMMING POOL & SPA

The private swimming pool is screened. Spa & pool heating is also available as an option if you prefer.
The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children.
The large deck area has a spa/jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers.
The large covered patio/lanai is perfect for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.




 

MASTER SUITE

The master suite has been luxuriously furnished and has a King size bed, cable television and DVD player.
There is also a sitting area with direct access out to the pool and spa. Perfect for those early morning or late night dips!
Off the bedroom is a walk in closet and a large en-suite bathroom which consists of a seperate toilet, walk in shower, corner bath and his & her vanity wash hand basins.

2ND MASTER SUITE

This room again has quality furnishings, a queen size bed, cable television and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity wash hand basin and toilet. This bedroom has direct access out to the pool and spa.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4

Both these bedrooms are twin bedded rooms and have a connecting bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and seperate wash hand basin and vanity unit.
Both these bedrooms have cable television. Bedroom 3 also has a Playstation 2 games console.

GUEST SUITE

This light and airy room is situated of the main living area. It is a double bedroom with cable television, DVD player, matching furniture, large closet, feature double doors and a beautiful picture window.
 

Kidz Fun Zone with Pool, Air Hockey, Foosball, Basketball & Electronic Darts. There is also a Playstation 2 games console & games are provided free for guests use.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Airboat Rides, Balloon Rides, Rodeo, Freefall Training, Parasail Rides, Tennis, and many more.

Magic Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios EPCOT all 15 mins Universal Studios, Sea World - 20 mins

I just wanted to dro p you a line to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your house in Florida.
It was our children’s first trip and returning to such a wonderful home each night made it even more enjoyable. Everything was pristine and exceeded expectations.
We did not have any contact with your management people whilst we were there - certainly not a problem for us as all instructions were perfect and easy to follow.
We had a fantastic 3 weeks that we will remember for a long time to come. I hope that everything was left in good order.
