The Pines is on the right side of Orlando for quick and easy access to Busch Gardens, Clearwater & St. Pete's Beach. There is a new Publix supermarket less than 2 minutes drive away and a new Super Wal*Mart (shoppers paradise) a few miles further down highway 27 from The Pines and on the way you will pass a good and varied selection of restaurants and other shops! It takes about 5 minutes to drive to a good and cheap Chinese and Pizza take-away or ring them for Free delivery!

Golf Information - The home is approximately 3 miles from the recently established Champions Gate Greg Norman golf course, Highland Reserve is just up the road and Southern Dunes is approximately 15 minutes away. There are approximately 10 first class courses within a short drive. 

The Pines has everything you could want to make your visit truly relaxing. You can dip in and out of the solar heated private 24ft by 12ft pool at your leisure. On those hot sunny days you will really appreciate the ice dispenser on the large American fridge/freezer. Cook-in using the top of the range microwave oven or the self cleaning oven (range) and hob or dial for a free delivery pizza or chinese. Maybe you want to eat out. There is a massive selection of restaurants, only a short drive away, to meet all tastes.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
