509 is a Massive 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa on the new Grand Reserve sub division. Each of the rooms in 509 are tastefully decorated to the highest standards for your pleasure while on holiday in Sunny Florida.

The large pool spa and deck is the place to relax in the evenings after the long days at the theme parks, or on the famous shopping trips that are exhausting.
 

The villa has two MASTER SUITES with King size beds & lots of storage space. Tv's are standard in the master suites.
The first master suite has a Large shower and seperate Roman bath + twin vanity unit wash basins.
There is a seperate wc also.
The second master suite has a large shower + vanity units.  

The huge FAMILY ROOM has all the comfort and furnishings for your pleasure & to relax in after your LONG DAYS at the theme parks.
The villa has a massive 20'sq kitchen for you to prepare a full meal or just the lightest of Snacks,

We now have high speed internet in the villa 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.
