519 is a Massive 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa on the new Grand Reserve sub division. The villa has all that you could want for the most enjoyable vacation in Florida, the furnishings are all of the highest standards as are the finishing touches.
The villas larger than standard pool/ spa is 32x16 and up to 7 deep at the deepend and 3 at the shallow end.
The pool/patio has a table and 4 chairs as well as 4 recliner chairs with foot stools to enjoy the sunshine around the pool.

There are 3 HAIR DRYERS in total in the villas 3 bathrooms

There is also a BBQ for your use outside of the pool area Ideal for those days when only a BURGER will do.
If you need to change the gas cylinder the CVS pharmacy only 1 mile away is the lowest price in the area.

Question: Where are the nearest shops?

About 1 mile from the villa, on sr545, there is a small mall containing a large Publix, and many other shops Subway, Papa Johns Pizza a number of Chinese takeaways a Bank, Hairdressers, beauty salon,Dunkin Donuts and lots more.. The nearest Wal-Mart is north or south on US27 about 7 miles from the villa.

Question: Is your house easy to find?

Yes, very easy - you will find a map and precise directions here + we send out detailed arrival instructions 1 week before you arrive.

Question: How far is it from the airport?

Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes from the villa. Sanford Airport is approximately 50 minutes away.

Question: Where are the 3 bathrooms?

The villa is ideal for one or two families. As you will see from the photographs, both the master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms the double bedroom & the two twin bedrooms share the 3rd Bathroom which opens onto the large pool deck.

Question: Is it near Disney?

You are literally a few miles from Disney. Disney is best accessed from the I4. This avoids the morning ‘Disney rush hour’ on the 192. It will take you 15 minutes maximum from leaving the villa to get to the Magic Kingdom car park. That’s how close you are!

Question: What if we break something in the villa?

We take a security bond of £150 or the waiver fee from villarenters to protect us against loss or damage. Obviously accidents do happen and you will not be liable for minor damage (e.g. broken plate, glasses etc) but we have to protect ourselves from substantial damages and the costs incurred.

Question: Can I bring my pets?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa.  

The villa has two MASTER SUITES with King size beds & lots of storage space.+ Tv Dvd players.
Master suite 1 on the upper floor has a KING SIZE bed plenty of storage space and a Large bathroom with bath /shower over , double vanity unit, HAIR DRYER and wc.
Master Suite 2 on the ground level has A KING SIZE bed lots of storage and a Tv Dvd combo tv, the Master bathroom has a separate ROMAN TUB and also a walk in shower and twin vanity unit as as well as a HAIR DRYER. 

The huge FAMILY ROOM has all the comfort and furnishings for your pleasure & to relax in after your LONG DAYS at the theme parks.
The villa has a massive 15sq kitchen which has all that you need for you to prepare a full meal or just the lightest of Snacks,
The main FAMILY room has two large sofas, large screen Tv Dvd and Music centre.
The HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection is also in here. 

POOL/SPA HEATING IS NOT AN EXTRA, the villa has high speed internet connection for you to be able to keep intouch if you need to. We have a crib and also high chair for our young guests

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In second lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

Shopping, dinning site seeing all the special events that Orlando has to offer

DisneyTheme parks are 12-15 mins Sea World, Universal Studios/ Islands Of Adventure are 20-25 mins

Angela says: "We loved the house and where it was situated, we had visits from the crane birds every morning for their bread and they even take it out of your hand. We seen the local tortoise and lots of different butterflys. We found the sun didnt come onto the lanai area till about 9-30am. Our only problem was the two kingsize beds squeeked like hell when you moved in them. Excelent holiday we will be back when you change the mattresses."
