Our villa is 5 mins away from Walt Disney World and is situated on the prestigious Lindfiellds Estate, Kissimmee which is recognised as one of the finest locations in Central Florida

"Spectacular" is the only way to describe the pool and its surrounding area. An oversized, south facing pool with spa will give hours of fun and relaxation for your family 

We also have air Hockey, pool, table tennis, darts, electronic basketball, table football and free play arcade game (39 games) in the garage to keep the little or big ones amused,cable TV to all 5 bedrooms

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

Most Water sports can be found at Lake Beuna Vista about 15 mins Drive

Disney parks are within 10 mins of the Villa, Universal Studios and Sea World are about 25mins
