Come and be our guests – why confine yourself and your group to a number of cramped hotel rooms when you can languish in the comfort of a beautiful Florida villa. Our villa is in a gated community and has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, with a breakfast area on one side of the kitchen and dining area with a full sized table and chairs on the other. The living room, to the rear of the house has 18ft.high vaulted ceiling, giving a wonderful feeling of light and space and has cable TV with DVD & VCR players. Sliding doors open out to the partly shaded south facing pool deck which is fully outfitted with comfortable furnishings, allowing guests to enjoy sunshine meals at breakfast and throughout the long sunny days. Relax in the evening with a candlelit meal by the side of the swimming pool with underwater lighting, which sets the mood for romantic and/or family evenings. The deck is fully enclosed with mosquito netting to keep out the insect population.
In accordance with Florida law all doors to the pool are protected with child alarms for the protection of the younger members of your group.
The main master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor and has cable TV. This room also has sliding doors opening to the pool and deck.
To complete the downstairs there is a utility room with toilet and wash basin leading into an area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
A second master bedroom to the right of the staircase has a full en-suite and cable TV. Of the four remaining bedrooms three are furnished with twin beds and the fourth a queen sized bed. A full family bathroom services these rooms.

There is a clubhouse which is open for the free use of guests with wireless internet, a reading room, gym equipment and a very large pool. Please be advised that care needs to be taken with the younger members of the family or group
You will find Westridge to be a very quiet and relaxing community, away from the hustle and bustle but yet within a 15 –20 minute drive to the main Disney entrance and within easy reach of International Drive and Sea World and many other attractions. For the more energetic guests there are tennis courts and numerous golf courses within easy reach.
 

This spacious and comfortable ‘home from home’ villa is located within the exclusive gated community of The Manors North at Westridge along US 27, on the right, about 3 miles south of the interchange with US 192.
The villa is just a few minutes from all facilities, e.g. shops, Golf and Tennis, Disney, Disney Village, Sea World, Universal Studios and other theme parks as well as shopping malls and restaurants, bars etc, all within 15 - 30 minutes drive. Other attractions include Busch Gardens, Tampa, The Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach which are all about a 50-60 minute drive, while St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast is about a 90 minutes drive.
Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive away.
Sanford International Airport is about 55 minutes drive away.

 

Villa consists of 6 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms and accommodation for 12 guests. Large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with breakfast area. The fully equipped kitchen and complete laundry facilities provide you with the option of self-catering. There is also a double garage and ground floor Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second floor includes second Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, four further bedrooms and full size bathroom.

1st (Ground) Floor encompassing:-

A spacious open plan living area with sofas, easy chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD and Video. This area also provides a view and direct access to the south facing fully screened patio with table, chairs, sunloungers and large swimming pool with underwater lighting and optional heating. The home is situated on a corner lot and has no other pool backing onto it.
The main dining area can seat eight people comfortably at the table and is separated from the fully fitted kitchen by counter base units. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, blender, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker. All crockery and cookware is provided. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with dining table and seating for six people. There is a telephone in the kitchen area where you can make free local calls. Interstate and International calls can be made e.g. by phone card.
A laundry room with large capacity washer, dryer and ironing facilities is also downstairs next to a toilet with wash basin.
One Master en-suite bedroom with queen sized bed and spacious bathroom with large corner bath, separate shower, wash basin, hair dryer, walk in closets, dresser & mirror, Cable TV and direct access to pool area.

2nd Floor encompassing:-

One Master en-suite bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom, hair dryer, walk in closets, dresser & mirror, Cable TV.
Third bedroom with a queen sized bed, dressers, mirrors and walk in closet and three further bedrooms with twin beds, built in wardrobes and dresser.
Family bathroom with hair dryer.

General:-

One each cot and high chair available on a free of charge basis, to be requested at booking, additional cots & high chairs can be supplied.
All linen and towels provided.
A coded key box containing the door key is to the side of the villa front door and we request that you leave the key in the box on your departure.
Our diligent and caring professional local management company will have prepared the villa for you.

The Manors North at Westridge is a mature community without any ongoing construction work.
Guests are allowed free use of the clubhouse facilities including a gym, reading room, large pool and deck.



 

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, historic sites, a museum.
