The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

Wanted to send you a note saying how much my family and myself enjoyed your villa. It was fabulous having all of us together in one home. We could spell off my daughter-in-law and son by taking our granddaughter when we wanted to without worrying about having to go to their hotel room to get her. The pool was fantastic after a day at Disney.

You may be hearing from some of my friends in the near future as I have been bragging about what a great home you had and what a wonderful time we had there.
Hopefully we can use the villa again in the future.
