When you arrive at the Villa,you will see that the interior furnishings are of a very high standard.The living room is a great place to relax after a tiring day at the parks,and the main dining area is a nice place to enjoy a lovely meal. 

The Master Bedroom is superb,with a very large en-suite bathroom,comprising of his and hers wash basins,a large walk in shower,and a very nice corner bath,and also a seperate toilet. There are 2 walk in wardrobes,and a very large balcony with cane furniture,overlooking the wetlands,and preserve area.  

There is another double bedroom,plus 2 further twin bedrooms,one which has its own small en-suite bathroom. There is also a 3rd bathroom just off the other 2 rooms. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
