Indian Ridge is only 4 miles southwest of Disney maingate. Our villa is spacious on a double size plot 80ft x 120ft and has two living rooms, two dining areas, master bedroom and two twin bedrooms.  

30ft x 15ft pool heated by solar panels, gas heating available for the cooler months. Safety rail to aid entry/exit. Garden is fenced and backed by a forested area providing total privacy.

Pool is 30ft x 15ft and is heated by solar panels. Gas heating is available for the cooler months. The garden is fenced and backed by a forested area providing total privacy. There is a double garage with an electrically operated door and internal access to the property. The property is protected by a 24/7 monitored alarm system.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
