probably the best feature of our Villa, and where you'll spend most of your time. Fully equipped with adequate pool furniture and BBQ. Pool lights for night time. 

 

Welcome to our Villa, which we have carefully selected for its excellent location, and superb features. The Disney attractions being only 13 miles away, and all the other main attractions all within easy reach. The Villa is fully air-conditioned, and has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large screened and heated pool, a fully fitted kitchen, and much much more. Two bedrooms have Queen size beds, and the other two, twin singles, making it ideal for a 2 family holiday. It will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, and a baby cot and high chair are provided should you require them. It is our aim to make your holiday as comfortable and carefree as possible. On arrival you will find the Villa freshly cleaned and laundered, and all beds will be made up. Just move in and enjoy your Holiday. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, a 24 hour manned (not answer phone) call-out facility is provided, for peace of mind.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
